Applications are invited from female Indian citizens fulfilling the eligibility criterion and ordinarily the residents of respective States/UTs, for filling up vacancies in the rank of Constable (GD) in the pay scale of Rs. 3050-75-3950-80-4590/- plus other allowances as admissible to Central Govt. Employees from time to time in “Sashastra Seema Bal” as shown against each State/UT. The last date of receipt of applications will be 17/12/07. 

Age: 18 to 23 year ( Cut off date for age will be 1st August,2007)

Educational qualification: Matriculation or 10th Pass from a recognized board/university

Application  Fee: Application fee will be Rs.50/- for candidates belonging to General and OBC categories. No fee will be charged from SC/ST candidates.

CENTRAL POLICE ORGANISATIONS EXAMINATION-2007 FOR RECRUITMENT OF SUB-INSPECTOR

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will hold on 16/12/2007 an open competitive examination on All-India basis for recruitment to the posts of Sub-Inspectors in Central Police Organisations in the payscale of Rs.5500-9000 in the following following Central Police Organisation :

Scheme of Exam : The examination will consist of two parts (i) Written Exam carrying 500 marks and (ii) Personality Test (Interview) will carry 100 marks
